Who Do I Work With?
I work individually with clients of all ages. My additional training as a licensed school counselor makes me a good fit for teens and young adults. I am passionate about helping my clients work through anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and women’s issues.

Therapy can provide a safe haven for you while you navigate the rocky, uncertain parts of life. As your therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space that is fully dedicated to you. My approach to therapy is warm, gentle, and holistic. I enjoy incorporating a variety of techniques into sessions such as art, music, play, mindfulness, and meditation based on your needs and interests. I also utilize trauma-informed approaches such as nervous system regulation and somatic techniques. Together we will identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, gain new insights and understandings, and learn new skills to support your overall wellness.
