Why I’m Here
With the recent changes in our world, mental health support is becoming a crucial part of wellness, as we manage significant chronic stressors, family crises, and work pressures. These can overwhelm our coping abilities, leading to symptoms of anxiety and depression, difficulty in relationships, and a decrease in overall quality of life. Without mental health care, it is easy to feel lost, overwhelmed, and exhausted.
I am passionate about helping you discover your unique strategy to navigate life’s waters. During this process, we reduce anxiety and depression, deepen your relationships by building on your strengths, and empower you to use your individualized skills to improve your quality of life.

What to Expect
Research shows that the relationship is the most important factor in therapy progress, and I take this fact to heart.
I prioritize developing a safe, comfortable atmosphere where we can work together to co-create a healing, reflective, and insightful process for you. Here, you can discover your power as you work towards realizing your best self.
We’ll collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan, and then strive to meet your personal goals using tools I have gained from my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR.
If you are interested in learning more, feel free to reach out and we can schedule a 15-minute phone call.
